We are doing our part. In addition to vigorous precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, including the use of hand sanitizers, gloves and masks, our staff have the option of working by themselves or within safe distances from each other.
We have implemented strict cleaning procedures that require recognized disinfectants and meticulous coverage of all areas susceptible to touch or human contact, including door handles, counter-tops, all appliances, bathroom fixtures, furniture and furnishings, light switches, TV remotes, deck furniture, hand rails, windows, furniture pulls and even bedding.
In essence, everything from the floor to ceiling is included in our new cleaning guidelines and staff training. PLEASE respect our check-in (4:00 p.m.) and check-out (9:00 a.m.) schedules to allow staff the extra time required for complete and thorough cleaning between guest reservations.
In addition, we are adjusting our guest registration practices, payment systems and other potential human interactions in different ways to minimize or eliminate exposure risks. You will be provided details before your vacation arrival.
