Before You Visit
DEPOSITS
We request a deposit equal to 40% of your base cottage rate. Guests are responsible for the total period of your reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will not be refunded. However, if your cancellation is more than 60 days prior to your reservation, we will gladly apply 75% of your deposit to a future reservation.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
All cabins are subject to a minimum stay requirements. During our peak summer season reservations are only made by 3 day, 4 day, and weekly visits. Check in and/or out must be on a Saturday. Check-in no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 9:00 a.m. on arrival and departure days.
WHAT TO BRING
Along with expectations for a great vacation, bring along your own kitchen and bath towels, wash cloths, soap and toiletries. Also, if you desire, bring along a radio, favorite coffee pot and electrical frying pan. (All vacation suites have complete sets of cooking and eating utensils, including various coffee pots.)
If you prefer, towels, wash cloths & soap are available for the length of your stay for $6.00 per set. Please request them when you make your reservation.
All vacation suites have charcoal grills. Bring along charcoal for frequent cook-outs.
We have a limited supply of Personal Flotation Devices, bring your own if you have them, especially for big or little people. Firewood is available for sale.
POLICIES:
NON-SMOKING: All our cottages are non-smoking to comply with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act.
Dogs: Must be leashed, cleaned up after and not allowed on the beach. If they disturb other guests, owners will be asked to kennel them.
Quiet Time Hours: 11:00pm to 8:00am which apply to outside noise levels i.e. fireworks, loud music and boisterous activities.
Housekeeping Cottages: All our cottages are housekeeping cottages. Cottages are clean upon arrival and no daily service provided unless requested for an additional charge. Guests bring their own towels and toiletries.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES & FEES:
- *All rates subject to a 6.875% MN Sales Tax and .25% Stearns County Sales Tax
- *We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover with a 3% processing fee.
- *Additional guests over the stated occupancy (including children over 2 years of age) will be charged $30 per person/per
night or $200 week. - *Day guests will be charged $25 per person/per day
- *We do allow pets in some cottages. Pets will be charged $30 per pet/per day or $200 for the week.
